Find out how running energy can help you with your anxiety.

I have been wanting to blog about anxiety. I have noticed a lot of people are starting to feel more and more anxiety than ever.  The Question is why?  Maybe the question isn’t as much why as it is why now? I believe that besides the fact that statistically we are coming up on the most stressful holidays of the year… Thanksgiving Christmas New Years Valentines Day All within months of each other! We are also dealing with major energetic changes.  Everything seems heightened, and slightly more intense then before. I keep getting the image of a bunch of kids Read more…

Claircognizance~ The New Normal ~ Part 3

Sorry for the delay in the continuation of the Clairs.  Like many people my sleep patterns seem to be all messed up right now.  My dreams have been quite intense and my awake life has been just as chaotic.   I recently recorded a show with my radio partner Michelle DesPres where we discussing the process of  “Resetting”.   It will be airing soon on PLV radio, keep an eye out for it!  We talk about how we are all being affected by some sort of  “reset” in all areas of our life.  But enough of that, let’s talk about that wonderful feeling of “knowing” something.    Part Read more…

Change and growth can feel like a resistance band.

Here we are… the month of…September.  Soon the leaves will be changing and starting to fall. The air will turn crisp and cool, the days shorter and the nights longer.  All to often we welcome Fall as a reprieve from the heat of a long summer. This year however; I find myself looking forward… to hibernation.  I feel like I have grown so much this year…yet at the same time, I have felt a lot of personal exposure and resistance.  It has left me feeling a bit like a resistance band (the kind you exercise with).  I grow in legnth…stretch my horizons to see and do Read more…

The irrelevance of time….

Have you ever been standing somewhere and just forget where you were going?  Forget what time it was, what day it is? Experience a momentary lapse of time? This has happened to me a lot lately.  Not that I am becoming lost or incoherrent…it is more like I have temporarily, checked out.  Time becomes irrelevant, it blends in like a Monet painting…no crisp lines to delineate one minute from the next.  I don’t think this is something that has suddenly begun to happen for me, I have felt it since the beginning of time…  HA!  What I meant to type was the beginning of the year.  I did Read more…

Join me while I run some energy.

Maybe by allowing something to just “be” for now…will result in something bigger than what we could ever imagined before?

I recently stepped outside of my comfort zone and…wait a minute here, who am I kidding?  Recently?  Whatever!  I don’t know about the rest of you, but stepping outside our comfort zone seems to be the new zone! Everywhere I turn people are talking about some form of change. With the talk of change comes frustration and aggravation.  We are all creatures of habit and even though I like change,  I like to have some control over it. HA! For what seems like the majority, change is uncomfortable we seem to have a natural aversion that which is uncomfortable.  The Goddess Kali (pictured Read more…

To find your balance, throw out the scale…

One of the things I have worked on this summer has been trying to understand what it means to “be” balanced.  Well… actually first I am having to realize what it means to “allow” myself to find balance into my life. It has proven to be somewhat of a challenge, especially when I try to carry out what I have learned. It seems that when I find a lot of resistance to change or growth, the more necessary it is.  When this happens I have begun to recognize that the messages I receive are not only for me, but the collective. I have a tendency to Read more…

Trust, like fear appears in all aspects of our life.

Learning to trust.  Trust issues are one of those things that continue to show up in our life. Each of us seem destined to revisit our relationship with trust over and over and over again.  The lessons within it are tenfold.  It amazes me how this one, relatively small, word can have such a big affect on all of us. We are told to trust so many things.  We are taught to trust, but then at the same time encouraged to second guess…but… trust at the same time.  It becomes convoluted and confusing.  So often when we think we have overcome a hurdle, a life lesson, we come face Read more…

Time to create that space that allows you to release and reset for the new tomorrow.

A Sanctuary, a message I keep receiving is that we all need to be creating a space that provides silence to allow ourselves to heal. This space could be inside or outside of your home or just within your heart in meditation. The place is really irrelevant actually, what is important is creating this sacred sanctuary space now.    Definition of Sanctuary provided by Wikipedia “A sanctuary, in its original meaning, is a sacred place, such as a shrine,  By the use of such places as a safe haven, by extension the term has come to be used for any place of safety. This secondary Read more…

Love is like a Garden.

I have been thinking a lot about love. I seem to see so many posts on the topic lately.  Most of them asking questions like: How do you make love last? Is it possible to stay “in” love with the same person How do you keep the desire alive? Why does love fail? These are big questions indeed. The answers even bigger than the question.  Many people believe that we are not ment to be monogamous, and by trying to, we make ourselves and our mate miserable.  Many others believe there is only one true love out there for us to find, Read more…
